Residents must boil tap water for one full minute before drinking, cooking, brushing their teeth or preparing food. Water remains safe for washing and bathing. โš

๐Ÿšจ Calgary police are investigating a chain-reaction crash involving two transit buses and several vehicles in northeast Calgary on Thursday.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Three passengers died after a bus powered by compressed natural gas caught fire and exploded. Another 16 people were injured, including a police officer who helped rescue a child. One bus driver suffered life-altering injuries.

โœจ The investment comes as AUArts celebrates its 100th anniversary and reaches a 12-year enrollment high. Upgrades will roll out in phases, with no start date announced yet.

๐Ÿš›โš ๏ธ A 46-year-old Calgary truck driver has been fined more than $1,600 after BC Highway Patrol stopped his tractor-trailer on Highway 1 near Malakwa in heavy rain and darkness. Officers discovered numerous safety defects, including faulty brakes, bald tires, a diesel leak and a truck cab held together with ratchet straps. A one-year-old toddler was also found riding unrestrained in the cab, while the childโ€™s mother was not wearing a seat belt.
