Proyecto I+D Amangiri | Película final

Después de explorar diferentes espacios, atmósferas y momentos de este proyecto a lo largo de las últimas publicaciones, cerramos esta serie compartiendo la película completa de Amangiri R&D Project.

Un proyecto de investigación y desarrollo visual en el que hemos explorado la relación entre arquitectura, paisaje, luz, agua y materialidad.

Desde la escala del paisaje desértico hasta la intimidad de las habitaciones, cada secuencia forma parte de una misma narrativa visual: una arquitectura concebida para integrarse en su entorno y construir una experiencia espacial a través de la atmósfera.

Este proyecto también nos llevó a ser nominados en los 2025 CGarchitect 3D Awards, un reconocimiento que hizo que todo este proceso de investigación y exploración fuese todavía más especial.

Este es el resultado final de todo ese recorrido.

Amangiri R&D Project | Final Film

After exploring different spaces, atmospheres and moments throughout our recent posts, we close this series by sharing the complete film for Amangiri R&D Project.

A visual R&D project exploring the relationship between architecture, landscape, light, water and materiality.

From the scale of the desert landscape to the intimacy of the guest suites, every sequence becomes part of the same visual narrative: architecture conceived as an extension of its surroundings, shaped through atmosphere and spatial experience.

The project was also nominated for the 2025 CGarchitect 3D Awards, making this personal R&D journey even more meaningful.

This is the final result of that journey.

Proyecto I+D Amangiri | Integración CGI

Algunas historias arquitectónicas comienzan mucho antes de que el edificio exista.

En ocasiones, el primer paso consiste en integrar la arquitectura dentro del paisaje real, combinando metraje grabado con dron y visualización arquitectónica para construir una experiencia visual coherente y creíble.

La inteligencia artificial está abriendo nuevas posibilidades para nuestro sector y estamos encantados de incorporarla a nuestro flujo de trabajo siempre que aporta valor al resultado final.

Sin embargo, cuando un proyecto requiere un control absoluto sobre el movimiento de cámara, la iluminación, la composición y la integración con metraje real, un pipeline CGI cuidadosamente planificado continúa ofreciendo el nivel de precisión que este tipo de producciones exige.

Estas secuencias muestran parte del proceso de integración desarrollado para nuestro Amangiri R&D Project, donde realidad y arquitectura digital conviven dentro de un mismo plano.

Amangiri R&D Project | CGI Integration

Some architectural stories begin long before construction starts.

Sometimes the first step is integrating architecture into the real landscape, combining drone footage and architectural visualization to create a seamless visual experience.

AI is opening exciting new possibilities for our industry, and we are excited to incorporate these new tools wherever they add value to our creative workflow.

However, when a project demands complete control over camera movement, lighting, composition and seamless integration with real cinematography, a carefully planned CGI pipeline still provides the level of precision these productions require.

These sequences reveal part of the CGI integration process developed for our Amangiri R&D Project, where real footage and digital architecture become part of the same visual story.

Proyecto I+D Amangiri | Arquitectura después del anochecer

Cuando desaparece la luz natural, la arquitectura comienza a expresarse de una forma diferente.

Este estudio explora la zona de la piscina durante la noche, donde la iluminación artificial, los reflejos sobre el agua y la relación entre luz y sombra transforman completamente la percepción del espacio.

Más allá de iluminar, la luz define recorridos, atmósferas y experiencias.

A medida que desaparece la luz del día, la atmósfera del espacio comienza a transformarse.

Este estudio explora una de las habitaciones durante el dusk y el inicio de la noche, donde la iluminación cálida interior, el fuego y el paisaje desértico redefinen la experiencia espacial.

La transición entre los tonos naturales del atardecer y la atmósfera nocturna transforma la percepción de la arquitectura, generando un entorno más íntimo y silencioso.

Este estudio explora la relación entre el agua, la luz y la materialidad en las zonas de piscina y restauración, donde los reflejos, las texturas y la luz cálida del atardecer construyen un entorno tranquilo e inmersivo.

Proyecto I+D Amangiri | Experiencia interactiva VR - Habitación

La arquitectura no solo se experimenta a través del espacio, sino también a través del cambio.

Este estudio interactivo explora una de las habitaciones mediante un entorno 360º, donde las condiciones de luz evolucionan a lo largo del día: desde una iluminación natural suave hasta una atmósfera de atardecer donde la luz artificial comienza a definir el espacio.

La transición entre luz natural y artificial muestra cómo la atmósfera no es fija, sino que está en constante transformación.

Proyecto I+D Amangiri | Interior de habitación

Aquí la arquitectura no se define por los objetos, sino por la atmósfera.

Las habitaciones se conciben como espacios silenciosos dentro del paisaje desértico, donde la luz, la materialidad y la calma construyen la experiencia del interior.

Más que aislar el espacio de su entorno, la arquitectura enmarca el paisaje y permite que el horizonte del desierto forme parte de la percepción espacial.

En este ambiente, el paso del tiempo, la luz y las texturas transforman sutilmente el espacio a lo largo del día, generando una atmósfera arquitectónica tranquila e inmersiva.

Amangiri R&D Project | Guest Suite Interior

Architecture here is not defined by objects, but by atmosphere.

The guest suites are conceived as quiet spaces within the desert landscape, where light, materiality and silence shape the experience of the interior.

Rather than isolating the room from its surroundings, the architecture frames the landscape and allows the desert horizon to become part of the spatial perception.

In this environment, time, light and texture subtly transform the space throughout the day, creating a calm and immersive architectural atmosphere.

Beyond the final image, architectural visualization is also about process.

This visualization explores one of the guest suites and the private pool area, showing the full visualization workflow, from the raw 3D environment to the final post-produced image.

The sequence reveals different stages of the pipeline:

Este estudio explora una de las habitaciones y la piscina privada asociada, mostrando el flujo completo de trabajo de visualización: desde el entorno 3D dentro del software hasta la imagen final con postproducción.

An existing geological formation on site became the conceptual anchor for the pool area, not something to remove, but something to build around.

Architecture here does not impose.
