A new website shouldn't begin with colours and fonts. It should begin with your business.

Who are your customers? What are they looking for? What information do they need? And what do you want them to do next?

Once we understand that, then we start designing.

Because a website can look absolutely beautiful, but if nobody can work out where to go next, it isn't doing its job.

Thoughtful design. Clear journeys. WordPress websites built with a purpose.

And with more than 20 years of WordPress experience behind us, we know a thing or two about building them. 😂

Your website should be doing more than sitting online looking pretty. It should be working for your business. 🌸

🌸 Helping people understand what you do
🌸 Building trust in your business
🌸 Answering the questions your customers have
🌸 Showing people why they should choose you
🌸 Making it really easy to take the next step

We've been working with WordPress for more than 20 years, creating websites for start-ups, established businesses, charities and public-sector organisations.

Every website is different because every business behind it is different.

Beautiful design matters. But so does what your website actually does.

No hard sell and we mean it.

You don't need to know exactly what you need before you contact us.

You can have a beautifully organised brief ready to go...or you can simply tell us:

"My website is doing my head in." 😂

Both are perfectly acceptable starting points.

We'll ask the right questions, explain your options in plain English and tell you what we genuinely think makes sense.

If we don't think you need something we'll tell you that too!

Got something in mind? 🌿

This is exactly the kind of feedback we love. 💚

We don't want our clients to feel like they're being talked at in technical jargon or pushed into decisions they don't understand. Our job is to explain the options, talk through the pros and cons and help you make the decision that's right for your business.

Thank you, Mark, for such lovely words. 💚

Does your website need a complete redesign? Maybe… maybe not. 👀

Before you spend money fixing the wrong things, let us take a look.

Our FREE Website Audit gives you a fresh pair of eyes on your current website, looking at what’s working, what could be improved and where we’d concentrate your budget.

And no, we’re not going to automatically tell you that you need a new website. 😂

If we think yours is perfectly salvageable, we’ll tell you.

If there are things you could sort yourself, we’ll tell you those too.

No jargon. No scare tactics. Just useful, straightforward advice.

The new Poppy Design Studio is officially here!

🌸New website
🌸Refreshed branding
🌸New imagery
🌸New services.

An online home that feels like the Poppy we've grown into.

We've changed quite a lot over the years, but the important things haven't changed at all.

We're still friendly. Still straightforward. Still slightly obsessed with making things look lovely. 😂

We'll still tell you what we genuinely think your business needs even when that means telling you not to spend money with us.

Over the next few weeks, we're going to show you around the new website and introduce you to some things you might not even know we do.
For now, go and have a nose around.

Okay… you can have a little peek. 👀

Warm neutrals. Soft greens. A touch of blush. Beautiful typography. Natural images. And lots and lots of Poppy personality.

We didn't want our new look to feel overly polished or corporate.

We wanted it to feel warm, creative, approachable and human because that's exactly how we want working with us to feel.

Here's your first little glimpse.

The full reveal is coming soon… 🤍

03/10/2026

We’re nearly ready to show you what we’ve been working on. 👀

New colours, new photography, a new website and a refreshed identity but the important things haven’t changed.

We’re still the same Poppy: creative, approachable and committed to honest advice and doing things properly.🤝🏻

We’ve simply created a look that feels much more like us.

Next up… your first proper peek. ✨
