One of the most important parts of marketing is knowing exactly who you’re talking to! Do you have a niche? Get clear on who you want to reach - understand their challenges and SOLVE THEIR PROBLEM.

When you speak directly to the right people (not everyone), your message is clearer, your posts will be easier to create and the right people start paying attention 😊

Let’s clear this up - are 𝗛𝗔𝗦𝗛𝗧𝗔𝗚𝗦 # still a thing in 2025? 🙄 The algorithm has changed and now hashtags are just a little tool for search, NOT a magic trick for more people to see your posts. So 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗔𝗦𝗛𝗧𝗔𝗚 𝗦𝗣𝗔𝗠 and just stick with a couple of relevant hashtags!

👉 Social media algorithms now use Ai to decide who sees your post. They look at your captions, what’s said in your videos, your image alt text and how people engage. Ai learns what people like and shows your post to those users.

Is your post image text big enough to read? 🤓 If no one can read it, everyone will scroll right past! When you're creating your own graphics for your social media pages, make sure your text is big enough to read on a phone!

❗ 98% of people are scrolling on tiny screens - and if your words are too small, your message gets lost!

💡 Test it out: Before you post, email the image to yourself and preview it on your phone.

March vanished in a flash ~ and to be honest, I was deep in the creative zone ⭐ Between amazing summer “conscious festivals” and keeping up with my social media client work, I didn’t leave much time for myself or 𝘮𝘺 𝘰𝘸𝘯 social media.

But last weekend at NZ Spirit Festival in Auckland, I paused… and it was exactly what I needed. I was surrounded by butterflies, music, amazing humans and soulful energy ~ the perfect space to reset 💜

How do you recharge when work life gets too demanding? I’d love to know!
