Majoritas

Majoritas From first poll to final mandate. Strategy, intelligence and delivery for candidates, governments and movements. Since 2008.

We imagined genuine connections between politicians and citizens. We imagined politicians working with citizens and making them part of their programs and actions. So we have proceeded into building the foundation and tools to pave the way towards:

*Relevant Political Campaigns -- Considering voters and engaging them along the way
*Effective Political Communication -- Empowering politicians to wo

rk together with citizens
* Meaningful Digital Handshakes -- Building connections besides winning votes

Everything you can see in a campaign is a tenth of it. The ads, the rallies, the slogan everyone ends up repeating.

The other nine tenths never shows. The read on the country before anyone commits money to it. The judgment on when to move and when to sit still. The infrastructure that puts one argument in front of the right voter at the right cost, in communities the candidate will never personally reach. And the record of every decision that got you there — which matters more each cycle, as the burden of proving what you published shifts onto the people who published it.

Most firms show you the tenth. It photographs better.

The problem arrives the morning after the count. The assets are delivered, the opinions are filed, and the people who knew how the thing was built are on a plane. A lot of leaders win an election and find there is nothing holding it up.

We show leaders what wins. Then we stay to protect it.

Built to win. Built to stay.

The political environment doesn’t wait for a monthly report. So we stopped reading it monthly.

Our intelligence desk reads it continuously. Sentiment. Narrative risk. Opposition activity. Emerging threats. Surfaced the moment they move — daily, weekly, strategic — straight into your command view. When something shifts at 11pm on a Thursday, you hear it that night. Not in Monday’s deck.

How stale is the intelligence your last decision was built on?

We've watched brilliant AI operations get shut down by a single line of regulation no one on the team had read.
The work wasn't wrong. The ground had moved under it.

Going into 2026–27, what your campaign can do with AI matters far less than what it's allowed to do. And "allowed" isn't one rule — it's five separate rulebooks, in different jurisdictions, moving at different speeds. Most teams are watching one.

The ones who come through clean aren't using the most AI. They know where every line sits before a regulator, an opponent, or a reporter draws it for them.
We mapped all five. If your team can only name one, better to know that now — not the week it costs you.

Which one are you actually watching? Read them all here: https://majoritas.com/articles/five-rulebooks-for-campaign-ai-what-will-and-won-t-be-legal-in-the-2026%E2%80%9327-cycle

The world doesn't move on a weekly schedule anymore. Neither should the campaigns built to win it.

The best used to take the pulse once a week. We take it every day — because the electorate shifts every day too.

That's not more work for its own sake. It's the only honest way to read a moment that keeps changing.

Election day isn’t the start of the work. It’s the deadline.

You don’t build a mandate after the result. You build it before, or you don’t have one.

The intelligence that tests your policy. The architecture your ministries inherit. The network that proves you delivered. All of it is standing on election night, or none of it is.

Most companies hand you a campaign. We go further than that and hand you what outlives it too.

So ask your team tonight. What are we building right now that has to be standing the morning after?

If the answer takes more than a sentence, it isn’t built yet.

Most consultancies are built around a campaign. We built ours around what happens after you win.

Since 2008. Forty campaigns. Twenty-two countries. 600M+ voters reached. One job the whole time — help leaders win, and turn victory into lasting impact.

Today we relaunch. Sharper. Same conviction.

This is Majoritas. Built to win. Built to stay. | majoritas.com
