What do you tell your kids about their future when AI keeps changing it?  
 
On “I’d Like a Word,” host Michael Sharp asks Scott Gemmell-Davis, Reingold’s Director of AI and Data Solutions, the question a lot of parents are asking right now. Scott’s advice isn’t to pick a “safe” career. It’s to raise kids who never stop learning.  
 
As Scott puts it: “If we can continue to stay curious at home and see this as an opportunity to learn more than we’ve ever learned before, I think we’ll land in a good spot, even though we don’t totally know where that’s going to be.”

On this month’s episode of I’d Like a Word, Scott Gemmell-Davis, Reingold’s Director of AI and Data Solutions, says the answer is simple: empathy and listening. 

His case: the best salespeople have always won by listening — really hearing what a client wants and delivering right to it. That skill matters even more now, because the work itself is shifting. The tools can execute; someone still has to hear the client, understand what they actually need, and manage those tools well enough to deliver it.
