Major real estate projects are measured in milestones, and each one presents an opportunity to earn attention and build momentum.

Identity recently partnered with Cottonwood Group in Boston to support the groundbreaking of Building F at the Bunker Hill Housing Redevelopment.

The result: a high-profile event featuring , housing leaders, development partners and community stakeholders, all focused on the future of housing in Charlestown. The nine-story building will deliver 266 mixed-income homes and serve as a key component of a redevelopment expected to create nearly 2,700 housing units over the next decade.

For nearly 30 years, Las Vegas has been part of Identity’s annual rhythm.

We’ve walked the convention halls through multiple market cycles and changing skylines. Hundreds of client meetings and media interviews. Dozens of new business conversations and client dinners. From Detroit to Chicago to Los Angeles and now Boston, the stage keeps getting bigger for RAPID + TCT, North America’s largest and most influential additive manufacturing (AM) and industrial 3D printing event.

AM is everywhere, from the drones we fly to the shoes we wear. And with more than 450 brands, 200 speakers and 160 sessions, RAPID+TCT 2026 continued to push the industry forward.

Between sessions, we took in the city’s restaurant scene and waterfront, a uniquely Boston experience.
