Here are my top WFH Tips as a Mom of 3 👇

• lower your expectations (in a good way - everything doesn’t need to be perfect)
• pick 2–3 things that actually matter each day
• work in pockets of time (nap time, early mornings, after bedtime)
• keep a running to-do list so you don’t have to think about it constantly
• don’t wait for “uninterrupted time” (it rarely happens)
• batch what you can (emails, content, client work)
• set loose routines, not strict schedules
• say no to things that don’t move your business forward
• give yourself grace on the chaotic days
• and do I even need to say it… coffee. lots of it ☕️

Even on the days that feel impossible, keep showing up - progress is happening, even when it doesn’t feel like it.
