A buyer can love every photo in your listing and still be wondering: “But where is everything?” 🏡

That’s one of the reasons we recommend adding a professional floor plan to your real estate photography package.

For a property like 2601 E Seaside Drive in Galveston’s Beachtown community, buyers are considering more than beautiful finishes and Gulf views. They’re trying to understand how 3,685 square feet actually functions. Where is the primary suite in relation to the living spaces? How do you move between levels? Where does the game room fit? How are the balconies and outdoor areas connected to the interior?

A floor plan answers those questions at a glance.

And here’s what makes it especially valuable: buyers can return to it after they’ve viewed the photography, watched the video, or toured the property. It becomes a visual reference that helps them mentally organize the home and remember how each space connects.

That makes floor plans more than an extra deliverable. They’re another piece of information that can help buyers better understand the property they’re considering.

Beautiful real estate photography creates interest. A floor plan gives that beauty context.

📲 Give buyers fewer questions and a clearer picture of your next listing. Add a professional floor plan to your next TK Images real estate photography package.

Some properties need more than a ground-level view to tell the full story. 📸🏡

For a home like this one in Carlton Woods Creekside, aerial photography gives potential buyers something traditional listing photos simply can’t: perspective.

From above, buyers can better understand the size of the property, the relationship between the home and its outdoor spaces, the pool and landscaping, and the surrounding golf course setting. Instead of seeing each feature individually, they can see how everything works together.

That context can be especially valuable when marketing luxury homes, golf course properties, oversized lots, acreage, corner lots, or any listing where the location and land are part of the selling story.

Professional real estate photography captures the details. Aerial photography helps buyers understand the bigger picture.

For Realtors, it also creates additional high-impact content for your MLS listing, property website, social media, and other real estate marketing, giving you more ways to showcase what makes the property different.

📲 Have a listing where the surroundings deserve just as much attention as the home? Add professional aerial photography to your next TK Images shoot and let us help you show buyers the complete property.

Professional photography matters, but so does the experience behind the camera. 📸

William Larabee shared:

“Craig was fantastic to work with; an agent and her buyer showed up 30 minutes early for a showing. Craig handled the interruption professionally and finished the photo shot in the 30 minute allotted time.

There is no comparison to an Iphone photo compared to TK Images. A professional real estate photo shoot by TK Images is the only way to go.

I will use this company again for my next professional real estate shoot.”

We’re incredibly grateful for reviews like this because they highlight two things our team cares deeply about: delivering professional real estate photography and providing the level of service our clients can rely on, even when the unexpected happens.

Thank you, William, for trusting Craig and TK Images with your listing. We look forward to working with you again! 🤍

One last look at summer. ☀️🌊🏝️

As we officially trade long summer days for a new season, we’re looking back at some of the incredible outdoor spaces we had the opportunity to photograph over the past few months.

From resort-style pools and outdoor kitchens to covered patios and backyards designed for gathering, these spaces remind us that some of the best parts of a home are found just beyond the back door.

But behind every beautiful image is something we’re even more grateful for: a client who trusted us to capture their listing.

We never take that trust for granted. Whether we’re photographing a luxury property, a backyard built for entertaining, or the details that make a house feel like home, we’re thankful for every Realtor, builder, and real estate professional who invites TK Images to be part of telling that story.

So here’s one last appreciation post for summer, beautiful backyards, and the clients who made this season such a memorable one for our team. 🤍

Now, bring on fall. 🍂
