This summer, we had the chance to welcome a talented group of Rockford University students to Meridian for a summer of learning, collaboration, and hands-on experience. 🎓✨

Neal, Anya, Jeremeh, Alvin, Htun, and Dylan brought fresh ideas, new perspectives, and plenty of hard work to our teams while building their skills along the way.

Over the past three months, we’ve loved watching them grow, take on new challenges, and find their strengths within their roles. We’re also incredibly grateful for everything they brought to Meridian throughout the summer.

Our relationship with Rockford University has introduced us to some amazing local talent over the years. In fact, some of our past RU interns have gone on to become Meridian employees, which makes this partnership especially meaningful to us.

We’re proud to support students right here in our community and excited to see where their experiences take them next. 💙

Hawaiian shirts, custom hats, and a night at the ballpark? We’d call that a win. 🌺⚾

Our team had such a great time at our annual Beloit Sky Carp outing, spending the evening together, enjoying the game, and seeing the Hawaiian shirts we created throughout the crowd.

This year’s Hawaiian Shirt Night brought in record-breaking attendance, and it’s easy to see why. Creative merch adds to the excitement, gives fans something to connect with, and helps make events like this something people look forward to year after year.

To add to the fun, we also brought along a custom hat bar where team members could pick their hat, choose their patches, and make it their own.

We look forward to this event every year, and this one did not disappoint. Thanks for another great night, Beloit Sky Carp! 🌴
