In late 2024, we were approached by our friends at Bullard to create some films for them. Over the course of the next year, these films turned into a series project, with this batch of films focusing on Bullard’s Engineering Excellence.

This Engineering Excellence film highlights Bullard’s thermal imager line. In a first-hand account from firefighters who use Bullard thermal imagers, this film explores how the engineering behind these imagers saves lives. This film emulates a particular visual narrative that you will see in future films, weaving together real-life scenarios where Bullard impacted the outcome of a life and death situation.

We were lucky enough to work with some incredible people in the video production world on this project. A very special and very big thank you to the Director and DP on this project, Josh Geyer. His vision and dedication to making this film and this series has been inspiring. For the rest of this amazing crew, thank you for your hard work on making such a beautiful film.

In late 2024, we were approached by our friends at Bullard to create some films for them. Over the course of the next year, these films turned into a series project, the first of which was called A Legacy.

This film is the cornerstone of what we hope our future projects will be here at First-In Studios. Emotive with a visual narrative, A Legacy weaves together the past, present, and future of Bullard alongside the firefighters they serve. Through this film, we not only understand who Bullard is and what they do, we feel their impact through their people, their work, and their legacy in the fire service that continues to this day.

We were lucky enough to work with some incredible people in the video production world on this project. A very special and very big thank you to the Director and DP on this project, Josh Geyer. His vision and dedication to making this film and this series has been inspiring.

This week is FDIC 2026 and we are excited for our friends at Bullard who are premiering their 2026 Bullard Tough patch. Designed by Chicago firefighter and tattoo artist Charles Iglinski, this year’s patch also commemorates the 250th birthday of the United States.

Our team loved working with Bullard and telling the story of Chuck and his work. This is one of several projects we have coming out this year for Bullard, so stay tuned! 🎥
