Raymond is an NYPD whistleblower who spent more than a decade of his life as a cop, continually involved in bringing awareness to the public between the gap of public vs the police and the ongoing mistrust felt in the underserved neighborhoodsโฆ In 2015, he was the lead plaintiff in a lawsuit that accused the NYPD of using arrest quotas that disproportionately affected Black and Latino men.
He published a book, โAn Inconvenient Cop:ย My Fight to Change Policing in Americaโ in 2023, which we had tremendous pleasure in spreading the word out as an advertising platform for the big releaseโฆ His recent statement regarding his new position for the city of New York:
