Here's a reality check: the pay gap isn't closing — it's growing.
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, women working full-time, year-round now earn 81 cents for every dollar men earn. That's down three cents from the high in 2023.
The math is not mathing.
Last month, I had the honor of bringing my Women Speak: Your Voice, Your Power presentation to the Women Entrepreneurs Organization (WEO) of Clark County — and these powerhouse women were fired up!!
Because here's what I know to be true: when women use their voice strategically, it changes outcomes. In the room. In the boardroom. On the bottom line.
Public speaking isn't a soft skill. It's an earning skill.
