Out of office and into the conversation. 👋

Cadence, Laura and Shannon spent the morning at the NY SMART I-Corridor Opportunity Exchange, connecting with the people and organizations helping shape the future of our region.

From hearing about the progress of major investments by Micron and Edwards Vacuum to learning more about the partnerships creating new opportunities across Upstate New York, there was plenty to be excited about!

As a PR vendor for NY SMART I-Corridor, Tipping Point had the opportunity to support the event and help share the stories behind the people, projects and partnerships making this progress possible.

The Strathallan Rochester Hotel & Spa welcomed community members, local leaders and supporters for United in Service, a special evening benefiting the Rochester Police Foundation and its work throughout the Rochester community.

The event featured live music from Claudia Hoyser, food, raffles, a live auction and opportunities for guests to connect while supporting programs and resources for officers, families and local initiatives.

Our team at Tipping Point was honored to work alongside The Strathallan to help coordinate the event, including creative, video, planning and public relations. It's rewarding to see so many different pieces come together for an evening centered on community and connection.

Thank you to The Strathallan, the Rochester Police Foundation and everyone who helped make United in Service possible.

Each month, 's Visitor Industry Council brings tourism and hospitality professionals together to share ideas, build connections and stay close to what’s happening across the region.

This month’s meeting brought us to , where we had the opportunity to learn more about one of the area’s standout attractions. The Genesee Country Village & Museum is celebrating their 50th season and is recognized as the third largest living history museum in the United States. As an added bonus, we even got to meet one of the Macho Alpaca's!

It is amazing to be able to spend time with organizations like Genesee Country Village & Museum and others that are helping shape the visitor experience in Rochester and beyond.

For us, getting out into the community matters. It gives us a closer look at the people, places, and experiences that are shaping Rochester, and helps us bring more context, curiosity, and local insight into the work we do for our clients.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this to stay connected, keep learning and better understand the region we help promote every day.

Last night was a big one for Hope585 🎉 Their Legacy of Hope Gala at The Arbor Lofts was their first-ever sold-out event.

Hope585 supports youth and families impacted by foster care, child welfare, and other public systems through mentoring, support for youth aging out of care, and family reunification services.

The night featured stories from Hope585's youth, a poetry reading, a live auction, and the premiere of two new videos, including the story of Taron, one of their young people.

Michelle, Shannon, Matt, and Joe Ann were there representing Tipping Point. We are glad to support as a Hope Sponsor and to have produced this year's videos.

Congrats to Hope585 on an incredible night!

Our team recently traded our conference room for an escape room at The Strong Museum before wrapping up the evening with happy hour.

It's always great to step away from our desks, spend time together, and strengthen the relationships that help us collaborate every day.
