The Partner Marketing Manager at All Star directories is an important role, responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic partners who drive traffic to our websites through a variety of digital channels. As part of your hands-on approach to relationship management, you will be responsible for data analysis and optimizations related to partner conversion rate, profitability, and quality. In addition to managing existing relationships, you will also contribute to building new partnerships through prospecting and outreach.
Experience and Skills
Responsibilities
Own day-to-day communication with partners, including monthly allocation, performance optimization, offer placement, compliance resolution, and more
Create, implement, and test campaigns for new and existing partners–this may include the implementation and testing of tracking pixels within Google Tag Manager or other tracking platforms
Analyze data and optimize campaigns to improve profit and quality
Prospect and onboard partners of various types of traffic sources
Limited contract negotiations
Present status and updates on channel and partner performance internally
Work closely with Sales to make sure all partner creative is submitted and approved, fix compliance violations, and work through budget opportunities
Additional cross-functional work with other departments on billing, product initiatives, and potential opportunities
Skills and Qualifications
Required
3+ years of account management experience
Experience with pixel implementation and creating tracking links
Ability to think strategically and plan for short/medium/long-term performance
Strong prioritization, interpersonal communication, and conflict resolution skills
Comfortable working on a small team in a fast-paced and flexible environment
Business development knowledge and/or experience
Experience with Excel and PowerBI
Preferred
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager or other applicable tracking platforms
Experience with HTML, CSS, and WordPress a plus
Experience at a lead generation and/or ecommerce company
