We sat down with a sorority today to talk through their fall retreat, and it got us thinking about how many groups are looking for this kind of programming right now. Own the Room is built for young women, ages 18-26, and covers three things: knowing your strengths, knowing your story, and knowing how to walk into a room and use both.

Co-created with Bold Identity Studio, Beth Fuller Jensen and Be Freaking Fantastic’s Megan Hayes Pederson . We can run it as a single day or spread it across a few sessions, whatever fits your group’s schedule.

We've been super fans of Megan Hayes Pederson through many of her professional chapters.

Some of our favorite Christmas ornaments were made at Prairie Fired Pottery; we were obsessed with her handmade Bridget and Lucy children's skirts; and we loved partnering with her and her new business, Be Freaking Fantastic, on a program designed for young women, Own The Room.

Just before she decided to launch BFF, Megan knew she was at an inflection point. Instead of figuring it out alone, she wanted a room of strong women behind her.

If that sounds familiar, this fall, we're helping you find out what that actually looks like.

I'm Beth Jensen, and I'm stepping fully into leadership at Bold Identity Studio.

This fall we have two great ways to help you add your voice to the room:

Bold Start: a workshop where we find your origin story, your throughline, and your current chapter, and you leave with a plan (small groups, held four times a year…September and October registration now open).

Bold Table: our partnership with EmBe, co-facilitated with Melissa Hiatt and I. A wisdom circle where women give and glean real input from each other. Launching in October, and held the third Wednesday of every month.

We’ve worked with almost 100 women, and we know one thing to be true.

Our next chapters come with intention, discernment, and a knowing that there’s something different meant for us.

Alicia has decided there is a new chapter ahead for her, and Beth is stepping fully into leadership at Bold Identity Studio.

Acknowledging that our very own business is at an inflection point makes this work even more apparent and necessary to better serve our clients.

Bold Identity Studio isn’t going anywhere; it continues to be led fully by Beth. She’s got you.

A personal note from Alicia - these last 18 months building this business alongside Beth have shaped me and built a path of knowing that two things can be true at once: I can be so proud of what we’ve built and also know that there’s a different path ahead. I’m endlessly grateful for the trust you have put in us. 🩷
