In 1997, Keanu Reeves, a prominent actor, visited a modest noodle establishment in San Francisco's Chinatown and joined the queue alongside other patrons. The proprietor, Peter Fang, maintained a policy of equal waiting times for all customers, irrespective of their celebrity status.

Viewers of the film will note the original 1997 photograph displayed on the wall behind Neo during a scene where he is consuming noodles, subtly integrating a genuine memory into the fictional narrative.
Kathy Fang's journey evolved from an admirer seeking a photograph with her favorite actor to a distinguished chef operating the restaurant he frequents, culminating in her indirect inclusion in the film in a meaningful capacity.
While some individuals achieve renown through an outsized persona, Keanu Reeves has garnered admiration for his consistent humility and egalitarian demeanor.
