Managing multiple venue websites can quickly become difficult to maintain.

Dedes Waterfront Group needed a better way to manage the digital presence of seven premium venues without the complexity of updating separate websites.

We implemented a WordPress Multisite platform that allows their team to manage all venues from a single backend, while maintaining the unique branding and identity of each location.

The result:
• Consistent branding across all venues
• Faster and simpler content updates
• A scalable platform ready for future growth

As their Marketing Coordinator, Issy Storr, shared:
"Great to deal with and super helpful."

One of the biggest conversion mistakes we see is sending visitors to generic landing pages.

If someone searches for a specific service, they should land on a page that speaks directly to that service.

That is exactly what we helped Premier Education achieve.

By combining targeted landing pages, clear calls to action, educational content, and a simple enquiry process, they achieved:

• 100%+ growth in organic traffic
• 6x increase in search visibility
• 37% increase in conversions

The lesson is simple.

The closer the match between what someone searches for and what they land on, the more likely they are to enquire.

This video walks through the project and the strategy behind it: https://sgd.com.au/why-generic-landing-pages-dont-convert/

From Premium Showroom Experience to Premium Digital Experience: The Windo Project

Windo is a Melbourne-based provider of premium window furnishings, helping homeowners, architects, and interior designers create beautiful spaces with high-quality Australian-made blinds, curtains, shutters, awnings, and motorised solutions.

Their website needed to reflect that same level of quality and professionalism.

When Windo approached us, the goal was not just a visual refresh. They needed a modern website that showcased their expertise, strengthened their Luxaflex partnership, improved visibility in Melbourne search results, and supported more showroom visits and enquiries.

We worked closely with the Windo team to redesign the website, manage the migration to windo.com.au, and create a scalable SEO foundation for future growth.

The result is a premium digital experience that aligns with their brand, supports long-term search visibility, and makes it easier for potential customers to take the next step.

This short video provides an overview of the project and the outcomes achieved through the redesign.

People rarely buy after seeing one piece of content.
Trust is built through repeated exposure over time.

The 7-11-4 framework suggests buyers need multiple touch points across different channels before they are ready to make a decision.

That is why helpful content matters.

Not because it goes viral, but because it answers questions, builds familiarity, and positions your business as a trusted option when the timing is right.

A simple place to start:
Take the top questions your customers ask and turn them into blogs, short videos, or FAQs.

We’ve just published a new blog explaining how the 7-11-4 framework works and how businesses can apply it to their marketing. Read it here: https://sgd.com.au/7-11-4-marketing/

The 7-11-4 framework is a marketing concept that says it takes 7 hours of content, across 11 touch points, in 4 different channels for someone to make a

One of the most rewarding parts of working on events is helping create an experience that works well for both organisers and attendees.

We partnered on the Down To Earth conference, supporting the branding, copy, and digital communications for the event.

Feedback like this means a lot:

“Massively helpful advice and suggestions to optimise the experience for both participants and presenters.”

A great event brand is not just about visuals. It is about creating clarity, trust, and a smoother experience from the first interaction through to the event itself.

Thanks again to the team for trusting SGD with the project. We’re looking forward to future collaborations.

A lot of businesses are asking how to “Rank in AI”.

But the real question is simpler.

Is your website clear, trustworthy, and easy to understand?

AI tools do not browse websites the same way people do. They rely on structure, clarity, speed, and context to decide what content to surface.

That means the fundamentals matter more than ever:

• Clear service pages
• Strong internal linking
• Helpful FAQs and blog content
• Fast-loading pages
• Accurate business information

One interesting example:

After updating our About page to clearly state that SGD is an award-winning digital agency, AI-generated search results started describing us that way within days.

If you want AI to say something about your business, you usually need to say it clearly first.

One of the biggest SEO mistakes is trying to rank for everything at once.

Too many services. Too many keywords. No clear focus.

That is where keyword themes make a difference.

A keyword theme is a focused group of related searches tied to:
• One service
• One location
• One landing page

Instead of targeting dozens of unrelated terms across your website, you build one strong page supported by related keywords, FAQs, and blog content.

This approach helps:
• Improve relevance in Google
• Create clearer landing pages
• Capture higher-intent searches
• Generate more qualified leads

Google rewards focus.

A dedicated page for one service will usually outperform a generic page trying to cover everything.

If your SEO strategy feels scattered, keyword themes are a much clearer way to structure growth. Read more here: https://sgd.com.au/what-is-a-keyword-theme/

Learn what is a keyword theme, how search intent fits in, and why a focused SEO strategy helps your landing pages rank and generate better leads.

Most eCommerce stores do not need more traffic.
They need more clarity on what is actually driving profit.

That is where the 7 Levers Framework helps.
It breaks growth into seven areas you can improve:

• Traffic
• Leads
• Conversions
• Order value
• Basket size
• Repeat sales
• Profit margin

The key idea is simple. Small improvements across each area can create meaningful growth over time.

If you run an eCommerce store, this framework gives you a practical way to focus your efforts.
