TEAM SPOTLIGHT - ERYN WELCHER 🌟

Hi everyone! I'm Eryn Welcher, Marketing & Growth Lead at Insightrix Research. I joined Insightrix in 2022, and since then I've grown into the role alongside a talented team while supporting the company's marketing and business development efforts. My work focuses on connecting organizations with research that drives real decisions, from managing campaigns and social media to supporting proposals, content, and client outreach. One of my favourite parts of the job is turning complex information into messaging that feels clear, engaging, and approachable.

What I enjoy most about working in market research is the balance between strategy and creativity. Every project, campaign, and conversation is different, which means there's always something new to learn. I especially enjoy collaborating with our team to bring ideas to life and help showcase the impact research can have for organizations and communities across Canada.

Outside of work, I stay busy keeping up with my kids and all of their activities. I also love staying active through spin classes, yoga, and coaching soccer, and I'm proud to serve on my local recreation board and stay involved in my community. I enjoy being part of a team, staying energized, and finding meaningful ways to connect with others.

I'm grateful to be part of the Insightrix team and to work somewhere that takes seriously both the quality of the research and the people behind it!

TEAM SPOTLIGHT - MANNA PAGI 🌟

Hello everyone! I'm Manna Pagi, a Research Associate at Insightrix Research, and honestly, I couldn't be happier to be part of this team!

I came on board in early 2024, and it's been quite the journey since. My work spans the full research lifecycle, from crafting surveys and diving deep into data, to building dashboards and pulling together reports that actually tell a story. Every project brings something new, and I genuinely love that no two days look the same.

My background is a bit of a blend. I started out in Computer Engineering, then went on to complete postgraduate certificates in both Big Data Analytics and Research Analysis. Each project and each experience adds a new layer to how I think about and approach problems, and that variety really shaped the way I work today.

What I enjoy most about my work is how it sits right at the intersection of logic and creativity. There's the analytical side, working through the data, spotting patterns, and making sure everything holds up, and then there's the creative challenge of figuring out how to communicate those findings in a way that's clear, compelling, and actually useful.

Another favourite part of my job is building dashboards that bring data to life visually. There's something really satisfying about taking a massive, messy dataset and transforming it into something clean, intuitive, and interactive. For me, the most rewarding moment is when an insight clicks for someone, and you can see it shifting the way they think or the decisions they make. That's what keeps me genuinely excited about this work.

Outside of work, I love unwinding with calligraphy. There is something really grounding about working with your hands and giving your eyes a well-deserved break from the screen!

I'm truly grateful to be part of the Insightrix team, a place where curiosity is encouraged, the work is meaningful, and the people make it all worthwhile.
