As some of you may have noticed, we quietly stepped back for a while. Not because the work disappeared, but because life shifted focus and expanded in another direction; which saw us growing our family and welcoming our darling boy Shaun đĽ°
While wrapped in our little bubble over the past few months, it has given me the chance to enjoy life at a different pace AND the opportunity to observe whatâs been working (and what hasnât) in the world of business and marketing.
In that space, two patterns have become very clear. AI is changing the playing field (a conversation for another day), and businesses are struggling. Not because they arenât working hard enough. Businesses are working harder than ever. Instead, theyâre struggling because their marketing isnât structurally complementing and supporting their offerings.
Their social media presence is reactive, unclear and doesnât reflect the depth of the story behind the business. Itâs common to see the same thing - marketing built from activity and scarcity, not structure and positioning. Letâs be honest, weâve all been there.
So I am setting out to position Emperor differently, with a fresh perspective. Focusing on clarity first, content second. Why? Because strategy, depth and intentional storytelling wins in a world overwhelmed by AI. Particularly for equestrian and lifestyle businesses, where trust is the foundation.
