Already have a great foundation? Let’s make it work harder.

This leasing office had an existing awning with plenty of potential. Rather than replacing it, we added dimensional LEASING lettering to give the entrance the visibility and purpose it was missing.

It’s a small addition that changes how the whole entrance reads.

Before you replace what’s already there, ask us what we can do to enhance it. Sometimes the best transformation starts with what you already have.

What’s the first thing people notice when they arrive at a property?

More often than not, it’s the sign. A good sign tells people where they are. A great one helps shape their impression of the property before they ever step inside.

Check out the monument sign for The Mark at Wildwood. The bold contrast, clean dimensional lettering, and distinctive bird mark give the property an entrance that feels polished without being overdone.

From concept to installation—we’re your one-stop shop for custom interiors.

For this project, we designed, produced, and installed every custom element you see, including the banquettes, decorative pillows, leather stools, and the dramatic marble-inspired wall panels.

To achieve our designer’s vision for the black marble backdrop, we created the look using custom matte-finished vinyl, delivering the richness and depth of natural stone with a solution perfectly suited for the space.

For our Studio 5 Hair Salon project in Canton, even Ian's wife, son, and daughter wanted to be there to see it all come together.

That’s the thing about Koncept Design Studio — this isn’t just a business to us. We genuinely love what we do, and that excitement has become part of our family.

We had some fun bringing personality into every surface — including the ones you might not expect.

A bold patterned wall covering takes over the ceiling, while custom puzzle-piece tile underfoot adds another layer of texture, creativity, and a little playfulness.
