The Mackinac Policy Conference was full of movement, meaningful conversations, and the kind of in-between moments that make this event special.

Across three days, our team moved through Media Row, policy panels, client conversations, island moments, and rooms filled with business leaders, policymakers, civic voices, and partners working to shape Michigan’s future.

Thank you to the Detroit Regional Chamber for bringing together the people and ideas shaping what’s next. We’re already looking forward to next year.

Last week, 98Forward was proud to be present at Wayne State University's 21st annual PRSSA Breakfast (Wayne State PRSSA), where we continue our commitment to the next generation through the Berg Muirhead Scholarship for Public Relations Student Advancement.

Established in honor of our founders, Bob Berg and Georgella Muirhead, this scholarship supports public relations students who demonstrate academic excellence and a clear commitment to shaping the future of our industry.

As we mark 10 years of our scholarship investment in emerging talent, we remain focused on building a stronger, more representative pipeline of communicators and leaders right here in Detroit. Congratulations to our Berg Muirhead Scholars and all of this year’s awardees!

We’re proud to share that Focus: HOPE was featured on WDIV Local 4 / ClickOnDetroit.

Director of Food Programs, Frank Kubik, sat down to discuss how Focus: HOPE, in partnership with Accounting Aid Society, is providing no-cost tax filing assistance to the community.

Together, they highlighted the growing need for accessible financial support and how this service is helping families navigate tax season with confidence.

We’re proud to share that Summer Discovery was featured on FOX 2 Detroit.

Senior Director of Youth Opportunity at United Way for Southeastern Michigan, Adam Kind, joined Dr. Randy Speck, Superintendent of Education Management & Networks, and Summer Discovery participant Alhassan Garrah for a conversation with Lee Thomas on The Noon.

Together, they shared how Summer Discovery’s engaging, no-cost programming is creating hands-on learning experiences for students across Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties.
