• Risk taken: 0%
• Industry experience: 0%
• Contribution to overheads: 0%
• Contribution to wages and staff: 0%
• Building repayments, rates & insurance: 0%
• Office renovations & fit-out contribution: also 0%
But somehow… profit share allocation: 47%
So while the team out another 60 hr work week, Albo can relax on Sydney Harbour with the family knowing “our” business is in safe hands
