Your ads aren't underperforming because of your targeting.

They're underperforming because of what you're actually saying.

We see this constantly. Founders convinced they need a new funnel, a bigger budget, a different audience. Meanwhile the real problem is sitting in the headlines and descriptions nobody's bothered to test.

Ellie, ran exactly this kind of audit for a client recently.

No new offer. No funnel rebuild. No audience overhaul.

Sharpened headlines. Clearer descriptions. Copy that actually said what the product did and why it mattered.

Two weeks later:

+38% more form submissions 12.5% lower cost per conversion
That's it. That's the whole story.

Most brands don't have a traffic problem. They have a messaging problem. And messaging problems are cheaper to fix than most people think. 📋

If your ads are getting clicks but not converting, or your cost per lead keeps creeping up, it's worth a conversation.

Drop us a DM and we'll take a look.

Every post you publish is a starting point.

It could even be a first impression and a handshake with someone who’s never met you before.

The moment someone decides whether they want to take the next step with you.

Your social feed isn’t just content, it’s the gateway into your business.

It should act like your best salesperson: your voice, your energy, your quality and all matching how you show up in person.

The place where strangers turn into warm leads, and warm leads turn into customers.

When your posts feel aligned with your real-life brand, a like doesn’t stop at the double-tap; it becomes a click, a message, a sign-up, a sale.

Your content should start the journey, and your strategy should finish it.

Turn the scroll into a stop.

Turn the stop into a like.

Turn the like into a conversion.

Barry came to us with a problem most fitness business owners know too well.

A great service. A local reputation. And a marketing strategy that amounted to hoping the right people would find him.

No clear audience. No structured way to capture leads. No system to follow up. Just posting and praying.

We built him something simple.

Facebook Lead Ads targeting his ideal audience in and around Ashbourne with a form that took thirty seconds to fill in. A WhatsApp follow-up so every lead got a real response fast.

No overcomplicated funnel. No guesswork. Just the right people, the right message, and a system that worked.

Five stars. Quality leads. Lots of them.

If your fitness business is relying on word of mouth and organic posts to fill your classes, you are leaving a predictable, repeatable lead source on the table.

It does not have to be complicated. It just has to be built properly.

Ever heard this before?

I can bet you have, it’s often thrown around by marketers who’ve never had to scale a business while managing a team, clients, and actual revenue targets.

Offering nothing more than a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach.

There’s no consideration for your time, your margins, or the level you’re operating at.

Services that tell you to “just be consistent” don’t understand what it’s truly like to run a high-revenue business, and therefore can’t help you achieve sustainable, scalable growth.

You see, if you’re already doing £750k+ a year, time is your most valuable asset…

👉 You’re going to need a marketing system that brings in qualified opportunities, without you having to be everywhere, all the time.

👉 You’re going to need messaging that attracts high-value clients, NOT more low-quality leads that drain your team.

👉 You’re going to need a strategy that compounds, so every piece of content and every campaign builds long-term pipeline, not just short-term noise.

When you have these, consistent, scalable growth becomes a REAL thing in your business.

So don’t listen to the ones who don’t get it, listen to someone who understands what it actually takes to grow at your level.

PS…

That’s us. After helping multiple 7-figure+ businesses build predictable pipelines and remove themselves as the bottleneck, we know a thing or two about scaling without burning out or sacrificing quality.

We’ve got you. When you’re ready 👊

Facebook ads don't work in our industry. It's too niche."

We hear this a lot.

This client said the same thing. And they had a reason to believe it. They had already spent £30,000 with another agency and got nothing back. Not a trickle. Nothing.

So the conviction that it couldn't work wasn't paranoia. It was experience.

But the ads were never the problem.

The previous agency had gone after the wrong audience, built no funnel, put no offer in front of people worth responding to, and hoped the budget would do the heavy lifting.

It doesn't work like that.

We stripped it back. Found their actual customers. Built a funnel that converted. Wrote ads that didn't read like they were written by a committee.

£19,781 spent. £79,760 back.

A 4.03x return in an industry that couldn't be advertised on Facebook.

The problem was never the platform.

It was never the niche.

It was the strategy. And the people running it.

We work with clients all over the world.

And we've never once won a client because we were nearby.

Prospects become clients because you're the brand they trust.

Trust to deliver what they actually want. Trust to give them the experience they're paying for.

"We're local" doesn't build that.

It's not a selling point. It's a postcode👇

Location only becomes relevant when it improves the experience.

📍 Faster response times
📍 Quicker turnaround
📍 Someone who understands the market they're operating in
📍 Less friction from first call to final delivery.

That's the benefit worth talking about.

Being nearby is just the mechanic behind it.

If being local doesn't translate into something tangible for the customer, it's just filler.

"We're based in [city]" tells your customer nothing. "We turn things around same-day because we're on the ground here"

Now you've got something... If your location doesn't translate into a real advantage for the person buying, it's filler.

Strong brands don't just say where they are, they make it obvious why choosing them is easier.

They were getting leads. Just not enough of them.

And the ones coming through were costing more than they should.

Not because the budget was wrong. Not because the market was too competitive. Not because Facebook ads do not work in their industry.

Because nobody had actually looked properly at what was happening inside the campaign.

That is more common than most agencies will admit. A campaign gets set up, it starts spending, a few leads trickle in, and everyone convinces themselves it is working. Nobody asks whether it could work better. Nobody pulls the targeting apart to see what is actually converting and what is just burning money.

So it keeps running. Quietly overpaying for every lead. Month after month.

Wrong targeting pulling in the wrong people. Creatives that blended into the feed rather than stopped anyone scrolling. Decisions made on assumption rather than data.

We went in and actually looked.

Cut the targeting that was producing nothing. Tested creatives built around what the right audience actually responds to. Let the data make the decisions instead of the gut feeling.

The numbers on that screen are what happened next. This is not a complicated story. There is no secret weapon or proprietary hack behind it.

Just someone doing the work properly.

Look, we get it - you're flat out.

Clients to manage. Staff to lead. Work to deliver. Fires to put out. Invoices to chase.
And somewhere at the bottom of today's list... marketing.

But, if you don't have time for marketing… you definitely need marketing.

Sit with that for a second, because we know how it goes.

You're running a business.

"I'll get to it when things calm down."

But things don't calm down. They just change shape.

So marketing stays on the list.

Never quite happening, never quite consistent, and that's where it gets painful. 📉

Some months are buzzing. Others are way too quiet.

And you're left wondering where the next customer is coming from.

The right setup means marketing keeps working whether you're in meetings, on a job, or finally taking a weekend off

No guesswork, no scrambling and no "I really need to sort the marketing" guilt.

Just a consistent flow of new customers, while you focus on the stuff only you can do.

Marketing shouldn't demand your time, it should free it.

Most strategies don't fail because the plan was bad.

They fail because nobody decided what to stop and learning more.

What we’d do if we joined your company tomorrow 👇

We're not looking at revenue first. We're looking at inputs.

⚡️ Where are your best customers actually coming from? Not what you think. What the data says.

⚡️ Which channels have real signal, consistent leads, strong close rates, solid acquisition cost? Which ones just feel productive?

Most businesses are burning 60% of their energy on the 20% that's barely working.

Businesses continue to do everything, and wonder why nothing's compounding.

⚡️ We'd be looking at what is generating activity but not profit. Looking at processes that exist because "we've always done it that way."

You don't scale by adding. You scale by removing what's diluting your best stuff. 🔧

Most teams see it and still don't act, because it feels too simple.

That's exactly the opportunity; growth rarely needs more ideas.

It needs a clearer decision about what actually deserves your resources.

January 2024: £21,000 - Alan's lowest month in four years.

Another agency had just "improved" his funnel.

Fast forward to now: £50,000.

What changed? Not his service, not his team, not his operational setup.

Just the marketing driving people into his webinars. Alan runs Alan Marshall Tutoring, we started working together in October.

On a call last week, he walked us through the numbers and it's exactly the kind of proof we love to see.

We didn't rebuild his entire business model. We didn't add three new offers or pivot his positioning. We didn't tell him his webinars were broken.

His delivery was already solid, his offer already worked, it was that not enough of the right people were seeing it, so we fixed the engine.

Better ads. Clearer messaging. More qualified traffic is hitting his webinars and the numbers moved.

When you stop overcomplicating growth and start treating marketing like the distribution system it is. You don't always need to reinvent the wheel, sometimes you just need more people to know the wheel exists.
