Promo alert!! Integrity Marketing has been hard at work training our new hires as well as continuing to develop our emerging leaders. This promo is one we knew wouldn’t take long to achieve. Jacob has come in since day 1 with the knowledge and determination to take on the industry. He may come flying through the parking lot running a little late, but what do you expect from a 19 year old who was grinding the day before and probably stayed up a little too late playing games with his buddies.

In business, the culture of your company is very important! This terrible trio, as I like to call them, brings nothing but good energy every day. I wish I could clone the good ones honestly! The best we can get to that is continuing to develop them into the training beasts they can be. Zavier was just being recognized for his promo not too long ago, now he’s growing an unbeatable team! Keep an eye out for them to continue doing their thing here at Integrity.

Integrity Marketing took on Cedar Point this past weekend and what a fun time it was!! We had some first time coaster riders with us if you can’t tell by some of the pics, I think they liked it haha

Twice a year our Columbus and Akron offices get together at the most fun place Ohio has to offer. This trip we decided to spoil our team with cabins by the lake. This is now their go to lodging request and we’re prepared to make it happen!

We ride the rides, we eat the food, go back to the cabins and wake up to do it all again another day. We did have a few that weren’t able to join us, we missed them terribly! They’ve got total FOMO now and won’t be missing out on the next trip!!

Promo and Birthday celebrations

The past 2 weeks in our Akron Campus has been full of energy!! Which is great because this seems to be promo season.
Birthday celebrations and 2 Training Advisor promos back to back weeks brings our tight knit group even closer. We love to have fun, when it involves food and celebrations the time is even sweeter.

Speaking of those promos…let’s get into what they mentioned helped them get to and above their goal.

Zavier’s drive from being a student athlete and motivated college student gave him the concrete feet needed to get the job done. His HSOU gets him to his goals quickly and able to provide that additional 1 on 1 time for assisting others.

Scott has been with us 3 weeks now and had the Training Advisor role in his sight day 1. He came to us with previous sales background but knew he wanted something more. Once he locked in and got his confidence booster, a force to be reckoned!!

Congratulations to them both! Very excited to see what they accomplish as they begin to grow their team and enter the training world.

Columbus is at it again with the promotions!!

Two go getters, goal hitters and natural born leaders right here. It didn’t take long for Dillon and Savannah with the help of not only our team, but also the systems and synergy in place.

With some pretty big promotions in the works, you’re about to see a lot of more of this crew!
