This is an entry level part-time or paid internship position assisting our creative team with social media post scheduling. Must be able to take direction, understand and follow compliance protocols in communication, and love our office dogs.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for part-time work, an internship, or even to grow into a full time member of our team. Candidate would work under the direction of our creative team leads, and report directly to them. This is not a remote work position, and would start with 2 days per week in the office. You would work with our team out of our offices in the Brookside area scheduling the posts that are created. With our extensive book of clients and program offerings you would learn a lot about working at a marketing and advertising agency, as well as social media management. Our client list is diverse, and extensive; covering communications in digital, financial, healthcare, non profit, health equity, retail, diversity and inclusion recruitment, and many other industries.

Women's History Month CHC Leadership Spotlight:

Donna Young is the Executive Director of the Community Health Council of Wyandotte County. She has accomplished outstanding things during her time working at CHC, including providing oversight for the HEAT report and We Are Wyandotte initiative, building meaningful relationships with community organizations to raise awareness for oppressed and underserved communities, working on the Fetal Infant Mortality Review Board, and so much more!

For Donna, International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month are important opportunities to celebrate the amazing accomplishments of women worldwide and to elevate the women who fight for equity and equality. Despite the dangers women face here, and around the world, women remain resilient and victorious. This is a time to celebrate inspirational women, innovators, and history-makers. It’s also a time to reflect on women’s experiences every other day of the year. Meaningful change is needed, and this includes elimination of all forms of bias, discrimination, and violence against women: LGBTQ women, BIPOC women, disabled women, and all who endure marginalization and the shared plight of women.
